Shipping & Delivery

What are my shipping options? Shipping options will populate at checkout according to the shipping address provided. Your available shipping options may change if your shipping address is updated. If your package is returned to sender, please see our “Returned Packages” section below.

Orders totaling $150, before taxes, qualify for free standard shipping. This promotion currently only applies to domestic US shipping addresses.

Domestic US Shipping

  • Standard Shipping (4-7 business days) USPS Priority Mail
  • Expedited (2-3 business days) UPS 2nd Day Air
  • UPS Next Day Air (Monday – Thursday)
    • Orders placed by 12 PM MST Monday – Thursday will ship the same day
    • Orders placed after 12 PM MST Monday – Wednesday will ship the next business day
    • Orders placed Thursday after 12 PM MST through Sunday will ship Monday-Tuesday

Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. Our domestic shipping options do not service PO Boxes. Any orders submitted with a PO Box will not complete delivery.

Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO Addresses We are happy to service our supporters with these shipping addresses! Our only shipping option at this time is USPS Priority Mail. This shipping timeframe may take:

  • 7-10 business days for Alaska/Hawaii
  • 15-45 days for APO/FPO addresses

International Shipping: Shipping options will populate at checkout according to the shipping address provided as they differ by country. The shipping timeframe listed at checkout does not include the fulfillment timeframe. Please allow for both the fulfillment timeframe and shipping timeframe provided by the carrier.

Fulfillment Timeframe

  • Current fulfillment timeline: 5-7 business days
  • This timeframe may extend during high-volume events like Black Friday or seasonal sales
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
  • Fulfillment timeframe is separate from the shipping method chosen at checkout

What if my package is being returned to Utahman.co? If your package is being returned to us (due to an incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, unpaid duties, etc.), please don’t worry! We will address the issue once your package arrives at our warehouse.

  • A refund will be issued once the package returns to our warehouse
  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded
  • Please allow 15-20 business days for the refund to process

Delivery Issues If your package is marked as delivered but not received:

  • Check around your property, mailbox, front desk/locker area, and with neighbors
  • For US orders: Wait an additional 3 business days as packages may be delivered after being marked as delivered
  • For international orders: Wait 2 additional business days before opening a claim with your local courier
  • Contact our Support Team at support@utahman.co within 15 days of the delivery date

Package Protection

  • Optional shipping protection is available at checkout
  • Lost/stolen packages will only be replaced if shipping protection was purchased
  • To add shipping protection, toggle the “Shipping Protection” button above the checkout button

Customs & Import Fees International orders may be subject to customs fees/taxes based on the retail value of the package. These fees:

  • Are not determined or covered by “Be Saucy LLC” DBA “Utahman.co”
  • Are the responsibility of the customer
  • Vary by country
  • Should be checked with your local customs office
